Dave is a lifelong Michigan resident with over 30 years of experience in multiple facets of manufacturing, including sales and marketing, engineering, and operations. His career began at Michigan Seat Company (now a subsidiary of Saw Mill Capital), where he became Executive Vice President before joining the Shane Group, LLC as President of RCL. Following the acquisition of the Shane Group by Worth Capital, Dave became Group President, overseeing Qualite Sports Lighting as well as several Worth Capital portfolio companies, including Recreation Creations and Site & Park Amenities.
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Bill has more than 13 years of experience in the sports lighting industry and has worked in many different departments during his tenure at Qualite, including manufacturing, operations, and design. Through this broad range of experience, Bill has gained an abundance of sports lighting knowledge and insight, from the inner workings of each department to the interactions between specifiers, customers, and Qualite’s sales team. Bill earned a BS from Western Michigan University, and is a National Affiliate Member of ASLA, Michigan ASLA, and Michigan Recreation and Parks Association.
Vice President of Technology
Nick is a valuable asset to our customers and associates. He has over 13 years of experience in sports lighting, as well as tenure in every facet of Qualite’s operations – including manufacturing, design, and sales, as well as technology. This diverse experience allows him to provide valuable guidance in the technological advancement of Qualite products and services. Nick has published articles in leading lighting trade publications, and is an active member of the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES), where he sits on the Sports Lighting committee and the RP-6 subcommittee.
Sales Training and Development
Rollie joins Qualite with over five years of experience in the sports lighting industry as a Field Sales Representative in Michigan for Musco Sports Lighting. For over 15 years prior to pursuing a career in sports lighting sales, Rollie held various positions in the management of facilities, programs, and staff at DePaul University, North Carolina State University, Ferris State University, Valparaiso Parks and Recreation, Crystal Lake Park District, and Terre Haute YMCA. Rollie earned a BA in Sports Management from Simpson College and an MA in Sports Administration from Indiana State University. Rollie is an active member of MRPA and MIRSA in Michigan.
